Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies and Fees
Your spa treatments are reserved for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance; 24 hours' notice is required to cancel.
Any cancellations with less than 12 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 20% of the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients is valuable and have implemented this policy for that reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. This policy allows us to retain great service.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can decompress and make full use of the spa facilities. We ask you to silence your cell phones and electronic devices upon arrival. Regretfully, untimely arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment time to remain on schedule for subsequent guests.
For your convenience, space is available to store your personal belongings. However, we suggest you leave your valuables at home. Kamila’s Skin Care, Inc. will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Kamila’s Skin Care product satisfaction guarantee: return the unused product in its original packaging to us within 30 days for a refund. If an unused product is returned between 31-60 days, you can receive a Kamila’s gift card for the purchase price of the product. Past 60 days, an item cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or gift card. Gift cards are non-refundable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Bundles, sets and kits: you must return all components of a bundle, set or kit in order to receive a refund.
