Reservations

A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments made online. This ensures your preferred time is reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellations
​
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. In consideration of both our guests and team members, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise; however, this policy is in place to protect the time of our highly trained professionals, many of whom are on-call or make special travel arrangements to accommodate your appointment. Missed appointments impact not only our team but also clients who may have wanted that time slot. Thank you for your understanding and support in helping us maintain exceptional service.

Arrival
We invite you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to check in and unwind.

Please silence all mobile and electronic devices upon arrival to maintain a tranquil environment for all guests.

If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid impacting the next guest’s experience. Full service charges will still apply.​
