Reservations
A credit card is required to book your appointment online.
Cancellations
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you keep in mind our spa’s scheduling policies. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 20% of the scheduled service. No shows are subject to 50% of the booked service amount. We recognize the time of our clients and employees (estheticians, eyelash technicians, etc.) is valuable and have implemented this policy for that reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment at the same time. Additionally, many times our employees will be functioning in an “on-call” status and may have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our employees for their time. This policy allows us to retain great employees.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can relax and make full use of the spa facilities. We ask you to silence your cell phones and electronic devices upon arrival. Regretfully, untimely arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment time to remain on schedule for subsequent guests.
